“Sips and Soups” Sundays in March 2017

Niagara County, NY – In anticipation of the Niagara Wine Trail Taste of the Trail event in April, for the month of March various wineries along the trail be hosting “Sips and Soups Sundays.” 

Each Sunday, March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th, participating wineries will pair a soup with a featured wine, cider or mead.

A sample of the winery’s chosen soup is included with their tasting fee, unless otherwise specified. No tickets will be sold for this event.

Use the hashtag #SipsandSoups and share your favorite pairing throughout the month!

Tastings on Sundays are from Noon – 5pm. Reservations are recommended for groups of 6 or more. Soup samples are available in limited supply, so patrons are encouraged to come early.

March 5th Pairings & Wineries:

Celebrate the Harvest and Local Pride!

Niagara County, NY – The Niagara Wine Trail is celebrating the fall harvest season and all things local with their annual Harvest Festival. Taking place this weekend, September 24th & 25th, participants can taste a different harvest-themed food sample paired perfectly with a wine at each of the 20 participating wineries. Hours for the event are Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm.
Event tickets for the weekend are $22 per person in advance online through Thursday, September 22nd. Tickets will be available for $27 per person at the wineries during the event. Each event ticket is valid for both days of the event and include a tasting of 3 wines with a sample of a harvest-themed dish at each of your choice of 10 participating wineries, and a commemorative wine glass from your starting winery.
Event attendees are welcome to visit different wineries each day in any order they choose. As a reminder, ticket prices do not include transportation. Guests touring by bus or limo, regardless of size, should call the wineries in advance to make an appointment to alleviate congestion during this popular event. A valid photo ID with proof of age is also required to participate in wine tasting. Sips and Dips! Sunday, August 28th, 2016

Each Sunday in August, (7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th) participating wineries will pair a light dip-able snack with a featured wine, mead or cider.

Bite-size portions of a participating winery’s chosen appetizer or dessert is included with their tasting fee, or as a separate add-on for that particular day. Tasting fees and pairings will vary in price per winery.

Indulge your plate with a scrumptious white wine sun-dried tomato basil dip paired with our unique and delicious Traminettes (one dry and one semi-sweet). Our dry Special Selection Traminette is a crisp white bursting with notes of apple, citrus, and spice with a slightly floral aroma. Our semi-sweet Traminette has strong notes of spice, honey, apricot, orange, and melons. Two truly decadent wine.
